SmartResponse™ is a cloud-native solution that combines the most accurate location data with caller information, live traffic, weather, routing, points of interest and DOT camera feeds into a single image of common operation (“COP”). It is independent of GIS data and can interface with any call processing or CAD platform through its use of flexible Application Programming Interfaces (“APIs”). SmartResponse™ is designed to meet the demanding needs of today’s emergency communications centers, empowering communications professionals with accurate information that improves response times and performance.
