Dubai – The Authority presents the TAMM application for residents and tourists to access services.
All services offered by government departments in Abu Dhabi will be available online on the single digital platform TAMM by the end of the year, a senior official said on Monday.
Hammad Al Hammadi, director of digital channels at the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, said that currently more than 600 government services are available on the digital platform and the target is to reach 700 by the end of the year.
TAMM, a product of Ghadan21 and developed in cooperation with all government entities in Abu Dhabi, harnesses the latest technology and digital solutions to deliver seamless service experiences to residents of the UAE capital.
“At Gitex, we are showcasing several initiatives that provide easier access to services for residents, citizens, businesses and investors in Abu Dhabi from a single platform,” he said.
“We have already migrated the services of more than 30 entities to the TAMM application. We integrate the remaining services into the platform. Many additional services from Abu Dhabi Municipality, Abu Dhabi Police and Economic Development Department will be made available to users on the platform this year. This means that all Abu Dhabi government services will be available on TAMM by the end of the year, ”Al Hammadi told the Khaleej Times on the sidelines of Gitex Global on Monday.
The TAMM app is available on iOS and Android platforms.
“The aim is to make the lives of Abu Dhabi residents and citizens easier and simpler by providing all services in one place,” he said.
Al Hammadi revealed that Abu Dhabi Digital Authority has also introduced TAMM mobile centers at major tourist spots to provide services to residents and citizens seven days a week.
Trucks equipped with digital government services have been deployed to major destinations. They will travel to major tourist sites to offer services to customers 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. “This gives citizens and residents another way to request public services during the weekend while visiting their favorite places. This is one of the main initiatives we have launched at Gitex, ”added Al Hammadi.
