Cask Splits into Government Services, ServiceNow Tech Businesses


Was separated into two independent businesses, one focused on government services and the other on digital transformation platforms using ServiceNow.

Cask Government Services will be based in Northern Virginia and will provide cybersecurity, program management, engineering, business analytics and logistics services to federal government clients, the company said monday.

The company holds pride of place in the General Services Administration Stars II, Computer program 70 and Seaport-E/NG contract vehicles.

Technology-focused company ServiceNow will carry the NX Barrel appoint and operate in San Diego to offer domain-focused platforms in the areas of information technology, security and risk management, human resources, customer service and finance to assist businesses customers to transform the employee and user experience.

“It was the right time to separate our ServiceNow business so that our government teams could focus on the program support and operational management expertise that made Cask what it is today,” said Liz. Guezzale, president of Cask.

“We can now focus more on government services, so our artisan engineers can continue to bring our deep domain experience and technology acquisition expertise to help our government clients succeed in their missions,” added Guezzale.
