Information Analysis Announces Reorganization of Government Services Activities and Election of Two New Directors

FAIRFAX, Virginia, December 3, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Information Analysis Incorporated (NASDAQ: AICA), a leading IT services and modernization company, today announced it is restructuring and reorganizing its legacy services business and new board appointments to better align with his vision for future growth.

As part of the reorganization, IAI’s existing professional services business will be merged with its subsidiary Tellenger. Tellenger will have a separate advisory board, chaired by Stan Reese and Charles May. Mr. Reese has over 25 years of senior leadership experience, including over a decade in strategic development and planning. Prior to serving as President of IAI, he briefly served as CEO and was Chief Operating Officer for 20 years. Lieutenant-General Charles A. May USAF (retired) is a consultant specializing in national security and defense conversion issues. In 1992, he retired from the Air Force where he last served as the Assistant Vice Chief of Staff at US Air Force Headquarters in Washington DC. He graduated from the US Air Force Academy, where he was previously an associate professor of political science. .

The reorganization creates two vacancies on the IAI Board of Directors, which will be filled by James C. “Chip” DiPaula and Rear Admiral (Retired) Paul Becker. The two appointees demonstrate leadership and expertise in the intelligence community, technology and marketing.

RADM (retired) Paul Becker

Rear Admiral (Ret’d) Paul Becker served with distinction in the United States Navy. During a career spanning more than 30 years as a naval intelligence officer in peacetime, crisis and combat, RADM Becker has served as director of intelligence (J2) for heads of state -Joint Staff, Director of Intelligence, United States Pacific Command, Deputy Director of Intelligence, Joint Chiefs of Staff and Director of Intelligence, International Security Assistance Force, Afghanistan.

From 2016 to 2017, RADM Becker led the Presidential Transition Intelligence Community Landing Team providing policy commentary and strategic advice to new administrative secretaries and senior leaders.

RADM Becker is the founder of Becker T3 Group LLC, a company focused on enterprise risk management, business intelligence, cybersecurity and organizational leadership. He holds an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard and a BS from the US Naval Academy.

DiPaula chip

Chip DiPaula is an accomplished senior executive who has launched, led and left high growth technology organizations and who have been successful at the highest levels of government and politics. Recognized expert in digital marketing, Chip is the co-founder of Flywheel Digital, a pioneering digital advertising company that optimizes online sales for the world’s biggest brands, including Amazon.

DiPaula is also president of the University of Maryland Medical System, with more than 25,000 employees and more than $ 4 billion in annual revenues. From 2005 to 2007, DiPaula was Chief of Staff to the Governor of Maryland. In 2000, he was director general of the Republican National Convention – the youngest person to lead a national convention.

With a diverse expertise drawn from his career as an entrepreneur, technology and real estate executive, civil servant and political strategist, DiPaula has spent his career helping organizations define and achieve ambitious strategic goals. He graduated from Towson University.
